MadHatterTCM
Ahh man, if I had some money I'd pick these up in a heartbeat. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2565050118&category=38097 These are the ludwig model and finish Ringo used. Granted, not his. But to have this would be exceptional. Same years as Ringos kit, and even with the Beatles bass drum reso head. Ahh man.. I wish I had money to throw on that kit

Injun Killer
I once saw a similar kit for sale in a music store. It was being sold because the player had died. The store owner was the one who sold him the kit when it was new! That "oyster black" finish is absoluetly gorgeous. It has an almost three-dimensional appearance.
