Gaddabout
First time I heard Andre Crouch's "Soon and Very Soon." Bill Maxwell on drums, Abe Laboriel on bass. Ooooooo ... it still feels so good to play along with that song.
agogobil
My older brothers had the jazz albums ... A Love Supreme, Art Blakey's "Drum Suite", Gretsch Drum Night at Birdland, Rich vs. Roach, and Stan Freberg doing a spoof of "Yellow Rose of Texas", where the "snayh drummuh" kept overplaying ... I used to put those records on all the time when I was 5 or so.
