Sergievsky Posted July 16, 2001 Share Posted July 16, 2001 I'm planning for a show I'll be MD-ing in a couple of months, and even though it's a dance/techy show for a diva/belter, I would rather not have any sequenced parts. But the songs will be heavily loop-type oriented, with quite a bit of percussion. Instead of triggering loops, how about a second drummer on stage, perhaps playing the "loops" on a mostly electronic set. How difficult would this be for the drummers, since chances are rehearsals will not be plenty. I'd like to hear some experiences with playing live, two drumsets on stage that is. Thanks.
