thanny XIII
My band just fired the singer because her repeated lack of showing up to rehearseals(last time she said she was "babysitting") 1) Did we do the right thing 2) do you know anyone who can sing/scream likes metal/punk and lives in salt lake? I knew a girl that was into biamping,I sure do miss her.-ButcherNburn

thanny XIII
ok she was actually haging out with her freind even though we had told her about practice a week in advance. she tried to end gigs early because she was tired, she didn't memorize song lyrics and never put the lyrics we wrote to our originals to melody (or used the ones we gave her) I knew a girl that was into biamping,I sure do miss her.-ButcherNburn

picker
Yes, you did the right thing, both for her and the band. She obviously had other priorities, and you have freed her up to pursue them, while simultaneously ceasing from wasting the band's time while pursues her other priorities. Sounds pretty "win/win" to me... Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else.

butcherNburn
Yep, you did the right thing. Issues like that are usually the downfall to a group. If you think my playing is bad, you should hear me sing!
