jeremy c
TNB, good to hear from you. Are you still in Florida? I hope so, because it snowed 6 inches in Providence the other day. Isn't your Sadowsky light blue? Free download of my cd!.

zeronyne
I don't know what it is, but royal or navy blue both work really well aesthetically with maple fretboards. It just looks really clean. "For instance" is not proof.
tnb
Jeremy, I just got back last night. I heard all about the snow. The girl loved it, the wife...not so much. Of course it was about 85 degrees in Vero that day. My beloved Sadowsky is blond. The fretless is kinda blue-green. The Dingwall I tried was blue with a maple neck. I don't know if Bass Central has a picture of it up yet, but I don't think you should look.

saxofunk
I will stand by my red to the extent that it is a darker shade, therefore a "blue red" and not an "orange red." However, I will concede and return the thread to the original topic... which was, uh, blue bass instruments, n'est pas? Pretty blue Warmoth body (edited for fair play) - Matt W.
