Jose EB5AGV
Nice, being real-time is a plus. I am a Moises.ai subscriber and use it quite a lot. It has also chord detection, which I like, and some other tools. It is also nice that you can access all your uploaded and processed music from any device. But I will give this a try!
analogman1
I have a Moises subscription, and the app "Simple Stems", (Stagecraft Software, an elementary version of all the AI stem separation tools). I wonder why we're seeing so many of them now. Maybe it's a certain technology that is now public domain for programmers to use with apps? 1 Quote Tom Nord Electro 5D, Modal Cobalt 8, Yamaha upright piano, numerous plug-ins... Simple Stems is also $50 at PluginBoutique 1 Quote Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-
Iconoclast
Moises is great at separating lead vocals, drums, and bass into tracks, but it's not so good at getting the rest into different tracks! Guitars, keys (esp synths) and background vox are frequently smeared into the other 1 or 2 tracks. Are any of these getting good at separating out all the "middle stuff"? analogman1
I find the trick to get the "middle stuff" with Moises is to let one of the other muted tracks slightly bleed in-- typically it lets some missing frequencies pass through. All in all, it's a great program and so practical on so many levels. It saves a ton of time! 1 Quote Tom Nord Electro 5D, Modal Cobalt 8, Yamaha upright piano, numerous plug-ins... Iconoclast
I get a lot of use out of it by just using the Drums/Bass/Vocals and then playing along with it. Since I'm also a guitar player there's a lot more utility for guitar music as it does a pretty good job of removing guitars. You get the real rhythm of the song and it's a great practice tool. Also, just breaking out some of the background vocal parts (although I find that some of them get smeared into the "middle" track. 1 Quote You want me to start this song too slow or too fast?
