Concertina and bandoneon are related members of the accordion family, so the answer is probably similar, in terms of any patch programming tricks or playing style that would emulate the double bellows and assign the notes to the correct side of the instrument?

I did do some bandoneon work on a Yamaha MOTIF many years ago and still haven't re-done it with my real accordion or Tarilonte's library (or the one from Guareschi). But I wrote a not-too-fast part for that song so it didn't take much technique to make it sound realistic. Something like The (English) Beat's "Jeanine" might be trickier!

Eugenio Upright, 60th Anniversary P-Bass, USA Geddy Lee J-Bass, Yamaha BBP35, D'angelico SS Bari, EXL1,

Select Strat, 70th Anniversary Esquire, LP 57, Eastman T486, T64, Ibanez PM2, Hammond XK4, Moog Voyager

I've seen some cool looking midi keyboards turned into accordion/concertina.
