I'm surprised no one has mentioned Mission: Impossible…

 

I often tease my wife asking if she wants to skip it when it comes on. "NO!" :D

Wow are we old!

 

For old shows, I'd say that the Good Times theme song was probably the best. Welcome Back Kotter's song by John Sebastian used to give me the warm fuzzies too.

For newer ones, the theme song to Community, even with its weird edit and inscrutable lyrics, hits me right. I like the Mumford-without-the-son theme to Ted Lasso too.

 

The themes they came up with for Wandivision were brilliant IMO.

And no one has mentioned the obvious and only Greatest TV Theme Song of All Time:
