cbeattyjr
I am in the process of putting a pedal board together. Tuner, Morley wha, Route 66 overdrive/comp., Line 6 delay modeler, Boss AD-5 acoustic processor/preamp. the AD-5 will only be used for acoustic gigs (not when I use an electric with amp). My question is where should the AD-5 be in the chain. I'm thinking it will go last. Also which input to the AD-5 would I use - piezo or magnetic? thanks
velvetoceansound
If you ever plan to use the AD-5 and the delay at the same time, put the delay after the AD-5. In my experience, I have never liked the sound of any processing applied after a delay. It sounds less like the sound is bouncing around the room and more like, well, a delay pedal I guess.
