I share because of recent posts here about wanting a DAW that is not so focused on the grid. The main GUI focuses on the mixer so the feeling in use is really more like recording and playback from tape. You only dig into editing by track if you want/need to see it. And interestingly enough - it's the first of the DAWs I am aware of that has gone all in on MIDI 2.0's new features.
