Is that a POS Norma guitar? It sure has the headstock for it, and i think i can see the pickguard and slanted pickup of it.

Here's one from '99. Unfortunately it's the only online pic I have, and it isn't even my webspace.

It's a live shot of Jeebus playing a synth and a pointy-headed guitar. No making fun of the pointy head, please.

Neither... I just pictured you as 1) a bit older (although that's a five year old picture, I figured you were probably older than you appear in that shot) and 2) looking more like Jesus in the Big Lebowski... :D

Heh, sorry to disappoint. ;)

At the ripe old age of 24, maybe I should consider the fact that everyone thinks I'm older to be a compliment. I guess it must be the very mature nature of all of my posts.:D

Good question. The guitar had no name on it.

The guy I bought it off said it was a Decca.

But I've posted this pic before and Tedster identified it as a Teisco. If I remember correctly, the amp said 'Del-ray' on it. I think Del-ray and Teisco were associated in some way.

However, I've never actually seen a Teisco guitar picture on the net that looks just like the one I had.

I bought the guitar used in '77 or '78. So I don't know how old it was. I'm guessing maybe ten years based on the headstock, and timeline stuff I've seen on the net.

It was a single pickup. Had two knobs on it. The body was kind of a deep red which went to black around the edge, but the neck and headstock were a wood grain.

The pick guard was a tortoise shell.

No wiggle stick.

I sold the guitar and amp for 40 bucks in the early 80's to support my BMX habbit. :D

Sorry, to get off-topic, but you asked... :thu:

This is Fred and me on the second stop of the Intracoastal Waterway Tour last year. The gig was outside on the deck, next to the Neuse River in Oriental, NC. There was a fishing tournament starting the next morning so, unfortunately, the crowd thinned out pretty quickly. However, the band played on! :)

It was hot and humid, so it probably doesn't come as much of a shock that after the gig, I was ready for a beer or ten!

Too much fun! :thu:

Nahhh!! You just sound like a crochety old guy! ;):D

I really had no clue what you or ViLo might look like, and I'm still a bit surprised. I guess our minds fill in the blanks of what someone online might look like before you get to see them.

It's easiest to find me on Facebook. Neil Bergman
