Mike Rivers
Each year for the past several, a group of my friends, staff from the Library of Congress American Folklife Center, have written and performed a Mummers play for the enjoyment of other Library staff and visitors. This year they couldn't get together live, not even to perform for a video camera, so they did a Zoom (or actually, I think they use WebEx) semi-interactive play for your listening and dancing pleasure. The web page link is right HERE. There's some background, then the play (audio only - pictures are in your mind). It's about half an hour long, and, in the tradition of these plays, follows 2020 politics pretty darn closely. Take a break from Christmas music and enjoy a little folkloric fun. Anderton
Thanks Mike! I took the liberty of bolding the URL. I can't check it out tonight, but I will.
