Reezekeys
A friend of mine is moving and is clearing out some stuff so gave me one. It needs a "C" key. Syntaur & other sources I search turn up nothing. The M-Audio web site doesn't list the O2 anywhere, and my attempts to fill in their web form asking a Q about parts availability fail. I'm hoping someone might know if any of their more recent controllers use the same keys â those are available (Oxygen, Radium). The O2 is a small 25-key guy, old, but class-compliant so should work. If I can't get this figured out it's going in the trash. Thanks for any help!
Markyboard
I would remove the lower C key, flip it upside down and compare it to this, or similar. Worse case it"s probably usable with just the swapped key positioning. Apologies, I see now that ebay listing is for a G key. Still you get the idea. Try this one
Reezekeys
Thanks Mark, that's a great idea to compare like that â just need to find a picture of a "C" key from another M-Audio board. And yea, I could also do without the bottom C. Didn't even think of that! edit - ya found a "C", great!
Jonathan Hughes
Uh, is that blood on the G and A?
Reezekeys
Ha ha, no I don't think so. It was in his garage for a few years so that's probably oil! I'm definitely gonna give the entire thing a good cleaning before I start using it.
Joe Muscara
I think for an M-Audio, it's perfect as it is! Quote "I'm so crazy, I don't know this is impossible!
