PBBPaul
Any of you Midwestern (or other) folk plan on attending Summerfest this year? It looks like there will be around 12 stages with a pretty decent lineup for $12. You can take a look here for the bands that will be there this year. Spam Alert: My band, The Pontiac Blues Band, will be opening the Hyundai Stage on Saturday, July 3rd. If anybody's planning on coming, let me know. Also, if anybody's (like Lee for instance ) looking for a gig in the upper Midwest, this is a great way to break in. There are typically around a million people drinking a lot of beer during the 11-day run. It's a good audience. PBBPaul
Should be fun this year. We've got a great day - July 3rd is usually the busiest. Plus with the variety of acts that day the crowd should be good. We've got 311, The Roots, Dread Zepplin, Crosby Stills & Nash, Taj Mahal, Otis Taylor, Johnny Rawls, Mel Ford etc... An interesting mixture. Our new and improved website Today's sample tune: Lonesome One
