szurcio Posted December 13, 2018 Author Share Posted December 13, 2018 I called that first tech today (Kurzweil's authorized service center in AL) and told him about the fix and his response was - unfortunately, Kurzweil doesn't send us any detailed schematics so we have to replace whole boards. They can´t because Kurz had 1 item only ever,- and that is what I have now. A.C. P.S.: And don´t ask why Soundtower´s PC3 editor software is incomplete and buggy. Try to stay calm A.C., Emergency Medical Services is on the way.
