Also I run this on an atom powered mini pc and it works great. Hoping this new version will continue on the low overhead. More details- What's new: 2 additional Rotary Speaker simulations (147 & RA200). 2 additional Tube Overdrive simulations. Way cool new UI with Perform, Edit & Cabinet pages. Reverb with Room Size and Pre & Post modes. 4 microphone setups including dynamic and condenser choices. 3 custom/editable Tonewheel generator sets. Proper Hammond Registration (inverted) keys with A# & B drawbar presets. VST3 support (experimental). Full support for Native Instruments NKS presets and controllers (only VST2). hardware Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 Agreed. While I use an HX-3 Module Live Blue3 is my choice when I dont use the hardware. This upgrade makes those gliss to high note solos even better. Other software options I have just dont have the right balance when holding notes down with solo parts in higher registers. Lee T Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Quick question for those who've updated; I've been using B5 since it was released and have been very happy with it. However it is a resource hog and I have battled with running it in certain hosts. How does Blue3 compare both sound wise and in resource usage against B5? I know I could download the demo but that doesn't really replicate using it in anger. Also I did download the original Blue3 demo but preferred B5 at the time. So many drummers, so little time.
