So far, just about any music I like helps get me through. And I've (so far) had a REAL bad year. Whitefang I started out with NOTHING...and I still have most of it left! I still like music on the road sometimes, and when the wifey has some silly sitcom on the TV, I put on the headphones to relieve my ears of the TV's mundane dialog. Larryz Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 Like DBM, I'm no longer a music listener and when I do listen, it's not to shake the blues. I pretty much use my attempt at making music each day to escape the negative thought world and try to pick and sing at least a half to an hour a day. 3 of us (2 guitars, bass and vocals) did a 5 hour jam up at the lake and had a great time with 3 or 4 camping families and friends listening in...+ the rest of the camp ground. Good compliments and no complaints. I'm trying to stay on the positive side even when life has/is not been a bed of roses at times.
