bjosko
Starting out with telling that I have had the Block for some time. I love the new SWAM packs that are out there, they sound very realistic. Hoping there are more sounds from that company in the Pipeline. Also got the full Equator with mine, but prefer to use the iPad with the Noise app. But I would like to have more keys, but also a bit wider keys. So instead off adding a second Block, I have started looking at the Rise 49, and wondering if the keys are a bit wider, and not that much Mini-keys like on the Block? (The Rise should also work with the Noise App) /Bjørn - old gearjunkie, still with lot of GAS

Sven Golly
To prove the point, and fend off any follow-up questions: My Roli Seaboard Rise 49 (top) and Seaboard Block (bottom) to compare keywave width.
bjosko
Thanks Sven. It looks a bit closer to normal keys. When I compare the Block with my Hammond keyboard, it reached the G key in 2. Octave. There was a B-stock Rise 49 at Thomann a few hours ago, gone now. Will keep my eyes open, or wait for the GAS to fade out. /Bjørn - old gearjunkie, still with lot of GAS
Sven Golly
Oh, and for future reference, the exact dimensions are available on the Roli site: Roli Seaboard Block and Rise Compared Keywave size: 100 mm x 20 mm (Block), 125 mm x 23.5 mm (Rise)
