not coaster MODERATOR Posted April 18, 2004 Share Posted April 18, 2004 it's been one thing after another getting my teeth fixed up. scaling, two root canals and now a flipper to replace a really ugly crown on my front upper tooth. the deal is i gotta bleach the yellow monsters for 2 weeks first. i wake up at night with throbbing toothaches from the damn bleach. no kidding. i had to cut way back on the dosage. i wish i'd have taken care of my teeth growing up. i make sure my kids use sonicare and see the dentist for cleaning so thy don't end up like me. and probably a lot of you bozos too. whitefang Posted April 19, 2004 Share Posted April 19, 2004 Yeah, I'm one of those Bozos. I wear partial plates clamping onto crowns. It's a bitch, but I can't blame anybody but me. My kids went regularly to the DDS, and it's paid off at least for the oldest. The younger daughter was plagued with gum problems since adulthood, and will probably wind up with dentures by 40.
