EscapeRocks
Yes, but Jan gets all his lead sounds from the MOSS board option. Basically a Z1 engine. Jerry I was fortunate enough to have purchased my Triton Ex 61 when Korg offered the MOSS board as an incentive. It was really cool! Alas, I sold the Triton years ago. Al Coda
Korg Triton Extreme. On an X stand. Thank you,- that´s what I expected ´cause that was what he already used on the (his) last tour he did w/ Jeff. A.C.
Al Coda
I'm telling myself that he played real Rhodes anyway. If he didn't please do not spoil my comforting fantasy. He did "in the past", yes ... [video:youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aYEv4RiP5s He did also when he was on tour w/ "Jeff Beck & the Jan Hammer Group". But times changed and on the very last tour he did w/ Jeff Beck, he just only used a Triton Extreme incl. MOSS board. And yes those MOSS leads do kick a disproportionately large amount of ass! Yep, they do. Also listen to Joe Z and his KORG "Prophecy" leads. Then Lyle Mays used the KORG Z-1, 12 voices of that technology. A.C.
