Markay Posted March 24, 2016 Share Posted March 24, 2016 While not this exact example I have played with guitarists who guess chords names based on how and where they are fingering it on the neck. Throw capo's into the equation - which I have seen used with this song - and you can get some bizarre key and chord descriptions. I should add that although lacking any understanding of theory most had good ears and played the right chords, even if they didn't know the correct name for the chord.
