Philip OKeefe Posted February 9, 2004 Share Posted February 9, 2004 When you want to move a thread from low on the page back up to the top, or from another page back on to the first one, and you don't have any particular comments you want to make, you"bump" the thread. IOW, (In Other Words), it's a means of keeping a thread "active" or at least visible. BTW, (By The Way - you'll get used to these thinks fairly quickly ) welcome to the forums.
