dta3923 Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Hey all. I recently uploaded the K-Sounds Organimation sounds on my S90ES and now have totally jacked up my existing performance presets. I thought I had followed the instructions, but apparently not. Is my only option a factory reset now? I was using a USB fob to do the upload. Bigsquatch Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Yes, any modification you may have made to the original performance presets are gone unless you had backed them up. Whenever I edit anything on my S90es I save to an "All" file so that I can undo any changes I make from that point on. This is an especially good idea if you haven't yet wrapped your head around all of the different options for saving files and how they relate to each other. dta3923 Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 I did the reset which was no big deal for my situation and reloaded the K-Sounds. I still lost my old performance presets, despite following the K-Sounds upload instructions which was supposed to not erase the presets. Either way, it wasn't a big deal, I was able to reconstruct the my old presets. It was a good opportunity to start with a clean slate anyway. Thanks.
