skipclone 1
Here`s a more proper mixdown of a short piece I posted earlier-not a dedication per se, but something I hope the forum folks enjoy: http://www.soundclick.com/player/single_player.cfm?songid=11503046&q=hi&newref=1 Quote Same old surprises, brand new cliches- Skipsounds on Soundclick: www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandid=602491
Scott Fraser
Hey Skip, that mix totally addressed the balance & sound issues on the old version. Good job, you can hear everything now, nothing is masking other important elements. Done good. Quote Scott Fraser

SleepDistance
Hi all. Sorry it's been a while since I rapped at ya. I put up some new tunes. These tunes were over 10 years in the making (yes, I work a day job and own a home)! I play guitar and bass on these tunes. I sing a little too. The style is classic progressive rock so if you dig Yes, Kansas, Pink Floyd and Genesis you might like these. Here's an instrumental. There are a lot of guitars in here. It's about making music to your full potential. Limitless This one is not an instrumental. It's got it all. Harmony vocals, riffs, lead guitar, Hammond B3 organ, classic synths, and dueling lead guitar at the end. Wavelengths This is the same song as above, but with an alternate ending. A third guitarist (all of them are me) joins the lick trading rave-up at the end. pinkjimiphoton
props to my old bandmates, mark and barry easton and my friends mike foster and shat... one of ct's best bands ever returns after a 30+ year hiatus with some of the strongest original music i have ever heard...this in from leader Michael Foster:AVALANCHECD RELEASE and NEW WEBSITEHey Folks... Well, it's been a while in getting completed, (over five years) but our brand new CD "WILL THERE BE TOMORROW" was released worldwide on April 1, 2012. Mixed by Michael Foster and Mastered by David Pendragon, the full sound quality of a WAV CD makes a huge difference in the overall listening quality and power of the music, and will make the songs sound better than you have ever heard them sound before. We recommend turning up the volume for maximum listening enjoyment. The CD includes a full color 32 page booklet with information about the band, full song info and liner notes, and complete lyrics to all thirteen tracks. AVALANCHE'S new website is operational and should be operating at 100% by May 1, 2012. CD's purchased directly from our website will cost $12.99 (plus S&H) and will be available after that date as autographed copies. However, if you just don't want to wait, go to:www.avalanche.us.com and click on the CDbaby link. The new Documentary DVD will be available sometime in August of this year, too...and a few advance clips can be viewed now at out website. All of us in AVALANCHE want to thank all of you for your support of the band and our music...and we hope you all enjoy the CD. We made it for YOU! And pass the word to your friends about the band, and the new CD if you could. We hope that the momentum and interest in the band created by these new products will allow us to perform live on a stage near you sometime soon! Winston Psmith
Here's a little weird piece I did awhile back - intentionally twisted tones and all. If you've heard my stuff through FB, you've probably already heard this, if not, have fun. It's real fun if you listen to it while driving in Rush Hour traffic. Knock On Wood is all percussion - no guitars, no synths. Traffic Jam/Knock On Wood Quote "Monsters are real, and Ghosts are real too. They live inside us, and sometimes, they win."
