Editor Boy Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 Art Thompson, former GP editor Tom Wheeler, myself, and many other fine historians, writers, designers, and photographers contributed to this admittedly VERY VERY VERY expensive guitar book. This is NOT a GUITAR PLAYER project -- it's another publisher, and, quite frankly, GP wouldn't have the resources to pull something like this off. But it was a blast working on a project where all stops were pulled to deliver a truly superb edition. It was a whole other world of publishing that I'd never think could be in my galaxy. It was a weird, but good experience, and having the chance to work with Tom on a project was fabulous and extremely educational. Walter Carter was also involved, and his knowledge of vintage guitars is DEEP. I learned a lot!
