Some people have commented on this techno song of mine, saying it sounds "strange", and that they can't really get a hold on it. Any decent musician should be able to tell why it's different from most techno songs. It's the first 3 1/2 minutes I'm talking about. I'd like to know if any of you find this song TOO untypical for the style. I'm not going to change it, because I like it, but I wanted some different opinions. Many of the comments I've gotten were vague comments about "it sounds weird", which told me that those people are not very musically literate. :) Edit: I guess it would help if I posted the links.
