I am looking for a decent music making multitrack sequencer program with a good stock of bundled loops.

I did have ejay but its buggy and doesn't work on on Win7.

Sountrack Pro is a bit limited and doesn't have many bundled loops.

Sorry, I know I am talking to real musicians, but I'm a learner and it's just where I'm at currently.

I don't use loops myself, but Ableton Live has a Lite version - I'm pretty sure that the current version 8.2 should work with Windows 7. Don't know your budget either - but the Lite version may be bundled with audio hardware (I got an earlier version a number of years ago with an eMu 1820M MIDI/Audio PCI board, and my registration is still valid for the new version).

Cantabile also has a light version, which can be downloaded without purchasing anything - I have it running on my 64 bit Windows 7 DAW. Very useful program (but no loops bundled with it).

I don't know if Ableton has bundled loops, but it is standard enough that third parties have probably made them, and they might be available on their forum.
