Psycho-Spud
A few years ago, I had the opportunity to play through an original Uni-Vibe. I loved it! They're hard to find these days though. I know that a lot of manufacturers are making their own versions. Can anyone recommend one that comes closest to the Real Thing?
Caevan O’Shite
The overall best in my humble opinion is the Fulltone Mini-Deja'Vibe 2. __________ [video:youtube] Here's a great thread on another forum showcasing a variety of Univibe-styled pedals: "Those of ya with Univibe stylees..."-thread Ask yourself- What Would Ren and Stimpy Do? ~ Caevan James-Michael Miller-O'Shite ~ _ ___ _ Leprechaun, Esquire _ ___ _

picker
The Dunlop Univibe is a really good unit. Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else.
Rampdog
The Dunlop Univibe is a really good unit. This is what I have too... http://www.jimdunlop.com/index.php?page=products/pip&id=282 But I can't compare to any other units because this is the only one I've ever used... I do have to dial up the treble when it's engaged though... But it can get some vibrant effects... If it ain't fun...why do it...? http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=778394&content=music
Winston Psmith
Go with the Fulltone - the Micro Vibes often develop problems with the switch, and you don't get pedal control. Robin Trower uses the Fulltone - that should tell you something about the quality. "Monsters are real, and Ghosts are real too. They live inside us, and sometimes, they win."
