Basshappi
You do like your Fenders, don't you Basshappi? Is that a SX neck on the Warmoth? No, the neck is Warmoth, the symbol on it is the trademark of the luthier that did the construction. The body is an old alder Squier that I won on ebay for $40. Everything else I got from Warmoth except the pups which are SD Quarter pounders. And yeah, it's just too damn easy for me to buy Fenders! I have another Warmoth Jazz V bod and neck that is sitting in the closet until I get my shop set up. At some point down the line I will get a SCPB Precision and a Telebass and I would like to add a bronco or musicmaster with competition stripes to my collection as well. But I have to constantly guard against getting another Precision or Jazz.......it's a sickness. At some point this year I will be getting my NR Thunderbird and that will start me off on aquiring Gibson-type basses. There is someone I know that builds exact replicas of reverse Thunderbirds for a reasonable price. I would do all the finish work myself. I also want to build an EB-3 and a Grabber/Ripper type. I always tell my wife "Just be glad I'm not into hotrods!" Cheers! Nothing is as it seems but everything is exactly what it is - B. Banzai Life is what happens while you are busy playing in bands.
