arnx1990 Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 hello everyone. i've been gigging with my e-09. but whenever i connect it to an amplifier through the MONO output the speakers of my e-09 still produces sounds. it can be irritating specially when i put it in full blast because the keyboard would sometimes vibrate due to the sound. thanks for the help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
J. Dan Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 Do the speakers Mute when you plug into the headphone out? I don't typically recommend that, but it may solve your problem. Also, if it does mute, you could see if sound still comes out the Mono output whent he speakers are muted. If that's the case, you could still use the mono out and just plug something else into the headphone out to mute the speakers. ITGITC Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 Stick a stereo 1/4" plug into one of the headphone jacks. That will turn off the speakers.
