Mark LaCoste
I'm just starting to think about this and could use the considered opinions of about 78 total, unequivical experts... self proclaimed, of course. A friend has gotten a contract with Mel Bay to write a book of guitar music, and part of the deal is to create a CD of the songs in the book. I hope to make the recordings here are Rubber Lizard Productions. Has any illustrious forum member done this type of thing? I don't know how Mel Bay handles the final production of the CDs, if they want to do any kind of mastering, or even who to contact to ask, but I can imagine delivering the following stuff: A complete audio CDR, the "Master tape", as it were, or a CDR with .wav files on it, and a document to specify the order of cuts. What should I expect? I dunno... Rubber Lizard Studio
