LMAO the white specs around the chin are mostly the result of not shaving and the stubble is not as dark as it used to be. I blame it on the peroxide in these new whitening toothpastes. Kinda bleaches the chin stubble The rest is just messing up the picture wiith some effects and going over the top with saturation, sharpness..... and the retouch brush LOL.
