  1. Can not seem to find what I think was an addendum to manual that showed how to control the attack and delay of the bass pedals when combined and played on lower manual. Any help would be appreciated.
  2. I have had problems on indoor gigs with questionable power surges. Now use a combination line "cleaner" and voltage regulator. No issues since. I take my windshield sun blocker out of the car for outside gigs and lay it across the keyboard on breaks.
  3. Someone hip me as to how to use new V/C mix effectively.
  4. At age 70, gave up moving the beast and went with the SK2. It will without doubt extend my playing career many years. I love the board and get nothing but very positive feedback from my peers.
  5. Cool. Going to fool with tomorrow in prep for my next in Philly on Saturday. Here is link to Akiko using the SK2 at the Blue Note. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_8E8SJ1lhU&feature=share
  6. Now I think I understand. What is recommended setting to allow for "compressed" bass line?
  7. Does the tweaking of expression pedal settings only affect bass pedals or also left hand bass volume? How about bass volume when not using bass pedals but using setting that couples bass pedals stops with left hand?
  8. John- Can you refer to a page in manual that addresses the relationship of low frequencies and expression pedal?
  9. Does the installation of system 7 delete all user preset data? If so and assuming the WH set is saved on flash drive, will there be any problems reinstalling same?
  10. Wouldn't that result in some delay between voices? Organ sounding just slightly before piano etc?
  11. When SK2 is set to auto, trigger point for organ only is set to higher level but when you select any additional voice, it reverts to lower trigger point. No way that I know that you can maintain the higher trigger point for EV's.
  12. Also try setting the Leslie on board switch to stop. Simulates the older one speed Leslies and takes some that "wump wump" out of the sound noticeable with slow rotor/horn. Really allows chorus setting to be appreciated.
  13. Actually a good number of folks are more than satisfied with internal Leslie sim. Some of those have vents and have elected not to use them.
  14. Ken-Have you gotten into the menu for the Leslie and explored all of the addressable parameters? Several different cabinets, variety of amps, horn/rotor speed up and down, different rotors, placement of virtual microphones, etc.....
  15. Well although I did not get the second prompt after powering off on with flash drive still installed, all seems to working as it should and I now have the trigger point option. What a difference! Action almost now feels too light. Going to have to work with a while but it is a welcomed and major update as far as I am concerned.
  16. Thanks for response. It was a duh... moment. Loading now for second time. First time after it completed the first part and you than power off and on with flash drive still in, it did not go to second part of load. Hopefully will work this time.
