  1. «Ive not had much chance to play with it yet but it sounds pretty good so far and looks like it might give Korg Module a run for its money.» Only me having the apostrophe substituted by a white question mark on black background? Using Safari on iPad in Norway. Here"s another example from the same thread about the «Pure Synth Platinum for iPad» which looks normal: «I'll have to give this a try, their Neo Soul Studio EP's really upped my EP sounds!»
  2. Well...... https://www.crumar.it/?a=support
  3. For the more than average interested: https://asa.scitation.org/doi/full/10.1121/1.5003796
  4. I have just done the same type of non scientific measurements on my Nord C2, Mojo 61 and Nord Stage 3 Compact(1.5 years old) C2 75-80 grams Mojo 61 55-60 grams NS3C 75-80 grams Mojo 61 triggers about 1.5-2 millimeters higher than the Nords. At least my measurements confirms that Crumar use softer springs than Nord. And guess what triggers my 1974 B3? 70-80 grams........
  5. Which cheap midi controller could work as USB host for the Mojo61? You will need to use traditional midi connections. I think you got it backwards - you'll want the Mojo61 to be a USB host, and that what it is, one of the very few keyboards with this feature. Well in that case this is a hidden feature of the Mojo61, Crumar specify it like this: USB Type B for MIDI IN/OUT USB Type A for software updates Also checked by connecting a Yamaha CP4 USB B to my Mojo61 USB A, no luck.

  7. Thats nice, but the problems start when using the Mojo61 on top of a controller using both upper and lower manuals. Switching between upper and lower Hold buttons to select drawbars is a constant mess, in dark situations I more than once have hitten the V/C button instead of upper Hold. Lets hope the next gen Mojo 61 comes with two sets of drawbars. For a dual manuals operation that should be mandatory regulated by italian laws.
  8. I would not say that 30% higher price for a tri timbral Electro6 61 compared to a Mojo61 is super premium?
  9. My only basis is having a Nord Stage 2 HA88 and a Stage 3 Compact. Crumar has indicated that the acoustic piano in the Seven is not their first priority in an electric piano emulator. Only comparison I have is the piano in the Mojo 61 which of course is not relevant. Sorry.
  10. But rather expensive way to get a better acoustic piano.....
  11. ZioGuido: Whats the depth of the top flat surface, will a Mojo61 rest securely on top without further support? Tempted.....
  12. Bingo. Lets leave this post only for the Seven. Do you know anything of availability, do not yet find in the major channels in Europe?
  13. Your post contained several references to current products.
  14. Always better to talk positively about your own product than negatively about the competition.
  15. The only problem I see with a too high trigger point is «accidental triggering» a key. In that case a software or hardware delay would be of no help.
  16. This is not necessarily true. On the TP-8O the sensors are mounted on pcbs placed under the keys. These pcbs are mounted via screws which may be adjusted to slightly change the distance between the physical keys and the sensors. At one point the trigger point and «stiffness» of the original Mojo was upgraded. I suppose this simply meant changing the springs and decreasing the distance between the keys and the sensor pcbs. The trigger point of my Legend is not higher than the Mojo 61, they seem to be almost identical between the two. Compared to a Nord Stage 3 compact I will say the Nord is triggering 1-2 millimeters lower than the Legend/Mojo. I will try to measure the three tomorrow.
  17. I think this a question about personal preferance. Im having both the Mojo 61and a Legend Live. The Mojo 61 is lighter than my B3 while the Legend slightly more heavy sprung. A never ending discussion, missing facts on the different versions of Fatar TP-8O. Would be great if someone from Fatar could elaborate on this.
  18. When connecting a Legend to a 11 pin Leslie (in my case a Leslie 3300) the first Legend made a high, audible sound thru the Leslie when switching the organ off. To my knowledge this is fixed in new production runs. The anti-bump card is a small card connected internally to the Legend female 11 pin connector. Installation is easy and done within 15 minutes.
  19. The discussion was about the claim from Andrea from Crumar that connecting a pedal with a defective potentiometer (may also happen with the original Crumar pedal) or 50k instead of 10k potentiometer as a reason for the problem with Mojo 61 locking up, «freezing». On the other side I recommend the original Crumar expression pedal I bought with my Mojo61. Sturdy with a solid and firm movement, but heavy. I leave it at home when going for rehearsal, there I connect the Mojo to a FC7....
  20. Agree completely, this is common sense. As it is to design the expression pedal input circuit and system sw to handle the markets most common expression pedal and handle when «the brush is not in perfect shape» without freezing. My humble suggestion was to try to isolate from this instead of blaming the real world happenings :cofee:
  21. Oh right. If you put kerosene in a car tank you should not blame the fuel. Biting is seldom a good support strategy. I have only experienced a single freeze on my Mojo61, lets hope that not was caused by the rewired MJ-EXP2.
  22. I would say that if the Mojo freeze due to a FC7 expression pedal in a wornout condition you should not blame the pedal.
  23. Definitely missing motorized drawbars on all clones with just a single set of drawbars. Switching between upper and lower manuals on my Mojo 61 is very confusing. Happy I have a Ocean Beach drawbar set. Motorized drawbars indeed is nice unique selling point on a clone. On a Hammond the drawbars always show the correct positions when in drawbar mode.
