Same problem here, after couple of reinstalls just turned off when it prompts to and unplugged the usb drive, everything seems ok, finally the tonewheel issue is gone!!!

Me neither, Once tried don't think can go back and use a fc7 , I'll put it in the same league as the ventilator as something remarkable to improve your SK1 experience

Yes , indeed, after trying many options , ended getting the EXP50 ,for my taste the only one gives you a real Hammond like experience, feels great and smooth with a long travel

Had the chance to test the EXP50 and yeah, big difference,way smoother , just feels right compared with yamahas, roland and other pedals have tried with the SK1, the only downside the price....

Hi guys, When I received my new SK1 the display was showing SK2, (funny isn't it?) So after contacting Hammond ( both USA and EU ) got the solution: "The Instruments SK1 and SK2 are basically the same. The model name is set by a software switch. To get the correct setting please do as follows: 1. Switch OFF the instrument. 2. Switch ON the instrument while holding the [uPPER] and [PEDAL] of drawbar select." As a funny note, the guys from Hammond USA wanted me to sent my unit back, seems like EU tech support are better prepared to support the SK's......
