On the Youtube video, go into settings (the sprocket in lower right) and select .25 in playback speed.

It will now go rrrrrreeeeeaaaallll ssssllllioooowww and you should be able to pick it up.

I speak from experience. I'm not afraid to own it... I've done it.

Isn't the melody supposed to be played with tuned noise? Maybe it's another version I'm thinking of.

I was gonna say, you can slow down youtube videos as much as necessary. I've learned plenty of parts that way.

I understand you had something a bit different in mind, but if I learned anything from around 10 years playing in a coverband, it's that the perfect tutorial video almost never exists. Work with what ya got.

Keyboards: Nord Electro 6D 73, Korg SV-1 88, Minilogue XD, Yamaha YPG-625

I got to see Gershon Kingsley's First Moog Quartet LIVE, so this has a permanent place of luv in my flabby heart. Its omnipresent, too. I think its been played on everything but bagpipes. Like Bach, it translates to any instrument, or at least arranged for small groups. It would kill a flautist to play it solo.
