KuruPrionz
Rest In Peace John, you will be missed. I saw him about 18 years ago, more or less. I played in a band in Fresno that had a good number of John Prine songs that we played on the regular. That's The Way The World Goes Round, Saigon, Burnt Orange, Daddy's Little Pumpkin and I'm sure I've missed a few. I just recorded my own "open mic" version of Burnt Orange, my personal favorite favorite among many of his great songs. I put it n Metapop, have no idea how long they will let it stay there. https://metapop.com/opossum-apocalypse/tracks/burnt-orange/130210 Quote It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is. Winston Psmith
Saw him a few years back, opening for Richard Thompson, two great talents in one night. This is a real loss.
