UnderGroundGr
I have it to iPod. Very good app and midi implementation. I have assign almost all the app functions to the knobs of my Yamaha reface cp and i use it at rehearsals. I believe it is the best mellotron app for iOS! Dr Mike Metlay
I have every Mellotron app ever made for iOS (that I am aware of), and in terms of feature set and reliability, Streetlytron Pro is by far the best. Omenie also makes a version called Streetlytron '63, which is cheaper and has a much smaller storage footprint. If you buy Pro, '63 is redundant, and all of its samples are looped (vs. Pro's, which can be looped or authentic one-shot). My main gripes with it are twofold. First, it doesn't integrate well with modern performance setups, as it's neither AudioBus nor AUv3 compatible as far as I know. Second, while you'll find a good selection of sounds, as a Tron fanatic I actually find the available library to be pretty paltry. I would happily give up 5 GB of storage space to have the kind of selection that M-Tron Pro users on Windows or Mac take for granted, but AFAIK GForce has no interest in trying to enter the iOS market. I weep.
