Al Quinn
Most jazz piano duos I've heard digress into some sort of self indulgent athletic event, but not here. Two masters -- with great careers as sidemen, leaders, and teachers -- supporting and complementing each other beautifully while swinging their butts off. Love these guys! The only other jazz piano duo I've heard that moved me in a similar way was Hank Jones and Tommy Flanagan. Quote https://alquinn.com
