Veracohr
Okay, so that was a pretty dumb-sounding subject line. But...someone on another forum I go to asked about the best way to send someone a large file (he said 200MB-1GB). I remember people talking about some sort of inter-studio file exchange protocol, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't just ftp. Is there something like this that studios use to send files to each other? And is it something anyone can do, or does it require special software, hardware or T1 ultra-high bandwidth lines? Anderton
I use a computer protocol called "fedex." It takes them about as long to get a CD to someone as it would take me to upload it on my dial up line :) Craig Anderton Educational site: http://www.craiganderton.org Music: http://www.youtube.com/thecraiganderton Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/craig_anderton
