Major Tom
Follow the link below for the story and pics of my recent guitar project, finally completed in the wee hours of Easter morning (with the help of several cups of coffee). Kinda fitting somehow that it officially came back to life on that day... Back from the Dead

Major Tom
You didn't mention: How does it SOUND? It is a very sweet sounding guitar - very much like an SG, LP jr. or other solid mahogany guitar. It has loads of sustain all the way up the neck and a nice fat tone. It has a slim neck profile. I have a Samshin pickup from a newer Samick in the bridge -its a medium output, I guess its voiced like an overwound PAF syle, and a Dimarzio PAF in the neck. I had those laying around, but I had to buy all the other parts since it had been stripped of everything - around $90. or so. My total out of pocket is around $165. I really enjoyed doing it, and ended up with a really sweet guitar that plays and sounds great. Guitarfignuven !
