It's actually only about 2 or 3 watts, but that's cool because you can crank it up and get distortion at lower volumes. Also, it's one of those with no power transformer (tubes and heaters run on 120Vac) and can be dangerous to use (hazard of electrocution) BlueStrat a.k.a. Jim Soloway Posted March 18, 2004 Share Posted March 18, 2004 I used to have a whole collection of the Silvertone /Danelectro's that came in those amp cases, both the little black and white one pickup version and the red and white two pickup version. I'd replace the tuners and put in a bone nut and get a decent gig bag for them. Instead of carting that mini amp and guitar around for busking, all you need is the guitar, in case.
