Guest
I'm thinking about checking out the Boss GT-5 for live performances. The older I get, the heavier my rack seems to be. I'm interested in the overall tone as well as flexability in live situations.(ex. patch changes, expression pedal, midi,etc..) Any info would be appreciated. ...Khan... The older I get, The GT3 sounds a little nicer to me (24 bit converters?), and it has some features the GT5 doesn't have - and it's cheaper. Neither works in a live situation for me, the low end (like all modelling amps it would seem) is strange and/or lacking (IMO). Very convenient though. http://www.mp3.com/chipmcdonald Guitar Lessons in Augusta Georgia: www.chipmcdonald.com Eccentric blog: https://chipmcdonaldblog.blogspot.com/ / "big ass windbag" - Bruce Swedien
