Jazz+
Does the PX-310 have the same or different Piano 1 sound as the CDP-100? Jazzwee
I'm sure it is different. However, it doesn't sound too different. I think the 310 has 3 velocity layers and the CDP100 has 2 but I don't find that too noticeable. These aren't the best piano sounds but in many ways the key action feel compensates in a big way and the piano sounds are acceptable. I would have preferred a little more sustain for jazz but can't complain based on price.
