mildbill Posted June 26, 2005 Share Posted June 26, 2005 i bought a qs8.2 on 5/7/05, sent in my receipt and the form for 2 cards and haven't received them yet. i emailed the company about it and never got a response. i realize they're busy now trying to get the Fusion out the door, but does anyone have any suggestions? all i can think of is to maybe send in the forms again or try another email, but it doesn't look promising. Have you talked to the store where you bought the 8.2 - they may have news of other takers up of the offer, if nothing more. Personally I have never had any luck with "mail in rebates". As far as I am concerned any offer of a mail in rebate (or premium) is a scam. Not that I have had a problem with Alesis - this is based on experience with other companies. Most rebates aren't a scam, however, you often have to wait 8-12 weeks (or longer) to receive them. Rebates may be handled by a company other than the original manufacturer.
