Dave Bryce
I'd love to import my new Legacy collection synths into Garage Band, but I have no idea how to do that, and I can't seem to find any reference to external soft synths in the manual. Can a brother get a hand? Squids
Legacy collection from Korg? It is VSTi right? Is it Audio Units as well? If not you'll need a VSTi-Audio Units adaptor. You can get that from: www.fxpansion.com However, if it is Audio Units then GarageBand will accept them as plug-ins. I am on my PC this weekend but I have GarageBand on my Mac in the studio. If someone doesn't answer this for you first I can give you a step by step more or less. Although I bet if you google "Audio Units Plug-ins and GarageBand" or even go to www.ask.com and ask Jeeves you'll get that. Usin' GarageBand eh? I'm releasing about 20-30 libraries this Summer that work directly inside GarageBand (it has a basic EXS24 inside actually). I'll send you a few DB. Email me.
