I didn't watch everything as carefully as I should have. This is probably obvious to everyone but watch your gear at gigs! And I had just gotten the thing working again too... I remember the guitar player in my band had his gig bag stolen right after a concert... all his cables, stomp pedals, tuner, extra strings. This girl was flirting with him right after the concert as he was done packing up... we think someone (maybe her boyfriend) used the distraction to pick up the bag. She suddenly lost interest in the conversation after about 2 minutes and walked off...
