It's Bryan Murray at 1-800-4SAMASH, & punch in extension 2222. He's real good about selling, & following up on Sam Ash's buyer satisfaction policies. I've had no problems with him, or them (Sam Ash). Don't like it(whatever you bought). Send it back in the approprite time frame, & in original condition, & they'll credit you, or refund you're money back to you. I get the best prices around when ever I call them. Quantum!
