BASF/Emtec girl/New Layout PT. II

For *my* pleasure? Saves head wear??? Arrrr! Nudge nudge... arrRRRhhh, say no more, say NO more!

Who is she? Is she married? Does she have a fan club? Does she like short and brainy guitar players? How big is the pile of complaint mail from feminists...?

I just remembered that there was something else that "bothered" me about the last issue of EQ...

The scramble for the BASF girls' autograph at the AES seemed kind of 'sad', knuckle headed and out of place in the exibit hall I thought. I'm sure it made women working there feel a little uneasy...

A trip later to one of LA's famous dancing bars however, proved to be much more revealing (on closer inspection!)

Y'know, a few years ago, a topic like this would have generated a bunch of replies. Maybe it's a good sign that people just don't seem to care. "Yeah, take off your clothes and sell tape...whatever. Just make sure it doesn't have dropouts, okay?"

Either that, or sex is used so much to sell everything, that we don't even notice anymore.

I think so. Remember the big flap at NAMM maybe 8 years ago over the Dean girls. Women were running between booths trying to get a protest together.
