IGW
Hey Ya'll, I am trying to input notes into the IN and OUT boxes of a TD-10 Drum Map for SX. Everything is fine until I try and input negative intergers (everything below C0). For example, if I try to input D#-2 I will get D-2 instead. Every letter followed by a - sign ends up being D-2 Has anyone else had this experience, and does anybody have a workaround. I have tried inputting the - sign from both the alphanumeric keyboard and the numeric keyboard. Super 8
Sounds like that MIDI Bank Select thingy... I don't remember what it's called off hand. This is basically the deal. There are 127 MIDI patch/instrument numbers -or something like that... On synths it starts at 0-127, and on others it's 1-128. I think Roland gears wants the 0-127 which I believe is called "Controller 0". You should be able to define this in the software you are using. It's probably in the MIDI instrument setup dialog. Hope that helps... Super 8 Hear my stuff here
